FULL PAYMENT:

CANCELLATIONS:
we will provide a full refund on cancellations made up to 14 days prior to the stay.
After this time, we will not be able to make a refund but would consider special circumstances .
FAILURE TO ATTEND:
We will charge 100% of the cost of your stay if you don't turn up on the agreed rent period.
